While some may prefer it that way, we prefer ours RAW.

What do we mean by RAW? 

Our new theatre series RAW is theatre distilled to its purest essence – no flashy lights or special FX, no hollow expensive set designs and costumes masking the limitations of either the play's plot, talent or themes (or all three!).

No – our new black box series offers none of these usual trappings - Just actors on the stage with only the quality of the good script and the talent they possess to bring those stories to life. 

 

The very essence of PURE theatre.

RAW will focus on character-centric plays, with small casts and limited sets – relying on our collective talents to engage with and capture the imagination of our audience.

You might say: “hey, this all sounds kind of cheap” --- and you’d be right!

​

But theatre is more than outlandish sets and lavish production designs – the human element is the key to any storytelling and that is the aim of the RAW series – as an extension of our SPOTLIGHT SERIES of stage readings – to dramatize and expose lesser known plays that may be small in stature but not small in heart and entertainment.

We expect to make an official announcement on our first production soon with  targeted performance dates in February 2027!!!
